Failure to do so could result in the guest being inconvenienced as in some cases a medical certificate is needed in order to get clearance from MANGO before they will confirm travel.

All incapacitated guests must be able to attend to their personal needs on board the aircraft. If they are unable to do this then they will have to be accompanied by an "able bodied" person AT ALL TIMES while travelling.

MANGO does not accept guests suffering from infectious diseases which can be transmitted to others.
