Where can I book my Mango flight?


You can book at the Mango Call Centre,
www.flymango.com or if you feel like coming to the Airport you can make a booking at our Guest Service desk.
 
How can I pay for my booking if I do not have a Credit Card?
 
We have numerous payment options:  Cash, Instant Banking, Npay or FNB cell phone banking.  Refer to “our payment options” under ask mango.

Can I make a reservation on the Mango website if I am paying for someone else with my Credit Card?

No, the Credit Card must be present at check-in.
 
 
Under what circumstances does Mango give a refund?
 
It is our Policy to not give refunds but we make exceptions in the case of Death, refund will only be issued to the guest that passed away. 

Are there any charges involved when I make changes to my reservation?
 
Yes, we charge an admin fee of R100 per change on the website and R130 change via the Call centre.
 
How do I request a Group quote?

How do I make a reservation for a disabled guest?
