If your luggage is lost or damaged, please notify a Mango representative at the airport detailing the missing baggage, damage, or pilferage of checked baggage within 24 hours of the arrival of the flight.
Mango’s baggage liability for loss of, damage to, or delay in, delivery is limited to R2500.00 per fare-paying Guest. Liability does not cover fragile or perishable articles, medication, money, jewellery, electronic / video / photographic equipment, computers, computer software, collectibles, or other valuables listed in the Conditions of Carriage. Please also note that Mango does not assume liability for normal wear and tear.
