Tourist information kiosk:
This tourism information office, which is in the arrivals area, is operated by KwaZulu-Natal Tourism, Durban Africa and ACSA. The center offers visitors up-to-the-minute information about events, attractions and services in the province. It also offers fax and Internet facilities, as well as access to accommodation and sightseeing tours.
It is open Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 9pm, and on Sunday from 9am to 9pm.

Public car park:
The car park at Durban International Airport uses the pay-on-foot system. Keep your ticket with you and pay for your parking at the pay stations in the parking area, as you will not be able to pay at the exit.
The pay stations accept coins (50c, R1, R2 and R5) and notes (R10, R20 and R50). Parking tariffs are listed on the website: www.acsa.co.za .
